Downtown Orlando’s cultural hub is growing again. The Dr. Phillips Center for the Performing Arts has acquired two key parcels at 36 and 42 E. Jackson Street, a strategic investment that strengthens the Center’s presence in the heart of the city and builds capacity for future programs and community engagement.
